Pastoral Position

Our church of 1500 people is currently seeking a Pastor of Connections (POC) to lead, train and connect our small group ministries here at Grace.  This position will serve under our Senior Pastor, Scott Distler. In order to meet the increasing need for deeper community as Grace continues to grow, we are moving in the direction of becoming a church of small groups.  This will accomplish our purposes to integrate believers into the church and give us a formal means to develop mature follows of Jesus.

The POC will perform the essential duties needed for the implementation and growth of an effective Connections Ministry which at its core includes a Life Group Ministry (LGM). The POC will provide the leadership for the Connections Ministry and recruitment of and training of staff and volunteers to support a dynamic LGM that assists followers of Jesus to become more Christ-like in caring, character and building genuine community at Grace Church.
