Andrew Norton![]() Business Manager Joining the Grace Church staff in 1998, Andrew responded to a want-ad in Christianity Today after serving four years as the Administrator of Westerly Road Church in Princeton, NJ. The son of church planting missionaries, Andrew lived in the Philippines through high school. Being fluent in the national language, he assisted his parents with the church planting efforts. He earned a B.S. in Bible and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Philadelphia Biblical University. He accepted Christ at an early age in Sunday School. One of his favorite verses is Philippians 3:7-11 "But whatever was to my profit I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness that comes from God and is by faith. I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead." As Business Manager, Andrew oversees the office, facility, finance, computer/technology operations of the church, daycare and school ministries. In addition, he is involved in administrating the benefits and care for all the employees. He reports to the Senior Pastor and overseas the support staff. Andrew met his wife Beth while both studied at Philadelphia Biblical University. Andrew plays in an over-30 soccer league each summer and enjoys international soccer, the NFL and NASCAR.
