Rick Bernhardt Senior Administrator Rick has a Bachelors of Science Degree and a Masters Degree in Education, both from Millersville University. He is also currently enrolled at Millersville pursuing an Educational Leadership Degree. His successful teaching career includes twelve years of classroom experience in multiple grade levels at the Warwick School District. However, his experience and leadership out of the classroom has proven to be just as respected in the areas of supervision of student teachers, Staff Development, school-wide assemblies, building renovation projects, curriculum development and assessments, grant proposals and weekly prayer groups. He has also served as the Technology Resource Liaison for the Warwick School District. This position has included involvement in developing grade 4 technology integration curriculum; processing technology software/hardware budget; training K-12 teachers in the use of new software/hardware; and teaching Senior Citizens introductory computer skills Before his tenure in the Warwick School District, Rick was the Director of Children’s Ministries here at Grace Church in Lititz for 11 years and also spent 3 years as a Music Director and Instructor here at Lititz Christian School. Along with all of this experience, Rick also has 190 hours of continuing Education in the integration of technology, curriculum development and current trends in technology. Rick has been married to his wife, Beth, for 19 years. They have three children (Alexander, Madelyn and Samuel) who all attend Lititz Christian School. Rick Bernhardt |
